Large Dbl Bedroom, Own Floor, New Shower

Readvertising as a full time let but would still prefer Monday to Friday, which would also bring the rent down. Short term on the other hand would cost more.

Very large double bedroom (even larger than you can see in the picture) with own bathroom on a separate floor to me (the homeowner) next to a recently totally refurbished shower room (pictured).

I had a blackout blind put in since I took the pictures, and there’s a chest of drawers, full length mirror, some pictures, etc etc

Five minute walk to Stockwell (no idea why Google Maps says it’s longer… it’s not).

Price includes broadband and water but council tax and energy are additional.
