Large double room in Stockwell - 3 minute walk to the tube and supermarkets. The room is equipped with a king size bed (Emma mattress) and has a walk in wardrobe so plenty of space. Shared bathroom and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped so would prefer someone who isn’t bringing all their utensils.
The flat has a large garden (table tennis/bbq/pizza oven) with a separate garden room/office/spin room (heated + air conditioning) which you’re able to use.
All bills included and this includes a cleaner every 2 weeks.
ABOUT THE ROOM MATES
You will be sharing with my brother and friend from university. Both are professional and tend to work from home 1-2 days a week. We’re all very active and evenings/weekends are spent out and about. My brother co-parents and has his 2 year old here on Wednesday evenings and every other Saturday. He’s pretty cute however I appreciate that this may be an issue for some people.
The room is available from the 23rd of October and is available for up to 6 months.
