Double bedroom available in Stockwell/Nine Elms

Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate for this little gem in London :)

The house has a nice and chilled communal vibe, we get together occasionally for a drink and most importantly get along well.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

The kitchen is fully equipped, we share everything (we also buy things together if we need too) and we also have a balcony where you can place your bike.

Bills not included ~£120 a month

You can find everything you need in the area Stockwell station and Nine Elms station both 10 mins walking. Lidl 13 mins walking. Big Sainsburys 10 mins walking. Tesco express and Pure gym 2 mins walking. Trafalgar square is 20 mins by bus.

We are a Spanish girl, and English boy and girl in our late-twenties/early 30s. We are very friendly and hang out together every now and then. We are looking for someone who would like to be part of our little family and make a home :)
