Hi there potential new flatmate!

We are 3 friendly girls looking for a new flatmate as our current one is moving abroad. We are all young professionals working full-time, with a mix of work from home and the office. We enjoy spending time together, having drinks and socializing, but we are also respectful of each other's space.

About you:
Female preferred, clean, friendly and sociable. We love going out but are NOT a party house.

About the flat:
INSANE price for the location.
- 10-15 min walk to Stockwell Tube station
- 10-15 min walk to Nine Elms and Battersea Park
- 7 min walk to Overground

Small Tesco and Pure Gym 2 min walk away and big Sainsbury's store 10 min walk, as well as Lidl 15 minutes away.

The room:
A nice spacious room with a double bed, a wardrobe, desk, chair and a set of drawers. It gets lovely sunset views!

Rent:
£650 rent + bills around £150 a month (council tax band C + water + electricity and gas + internet)

The moving in date is 15th October but we can be very flexible if you'd like to come a week or two earlier.

The new flatmate will have to pay £50 for the contract name change and pass all required agency references checks.
