I am a professional in my mid 30s in general very chilled, discreet and clean. I am social but also enjoy doing my own thing. In terms of house sharing mutual respect and good communication are very important to me as well as reasonable tidyness and cleanliness.

A quiet pub is across the street and a park is within a 5 minute walk great for a run or chilling on sunny days !

The location is 8' walk to Stockwell Station and 15' walk to Brixton Station.

Bills and council tax are additional to the rental price and will work out around £180 per person/month. The council tax band of the property is D.

Looking for someone to move in from 20 June onwards. There is flexibility around the dates.
