Hey Spare roomers! I am the landlord in a friendly, professional house share with a spare room to rent out. Looking for professional, male, tidy, and LGBT friendly flat mates. It’s a pretty relaxed place and not a party house 😊.

The Location:

- great little park right next door including footy pitches and tennis courts.

- Excellent transport links. 10 minute walk to Nine elms (Northern line) , Stockwell (Northern/ Victoria) or Clapham north. As well as less than 5 mins to Wandsworth road (overground). 24 hour buses go into the city as well.

- Great location: pubs, restaurants, cafe's, shops, barbers, Tesco express, big Sainsbury, leisure centre / gym (squash courts), Battersea park/ power station all nearby (plus a great irish bar over the road)

The House:

- part of a nice small block of flats (4 floors, the flat is on the third at the end of the row so no one can walk past)

- Recently renovated rooms and living room. With a great kitchen, shower room and separate toilet facility.

- Fully double glazed, new central heating and electrical system, fully gas and electrical certified, annual smoke alarm & fire extinguisher commissioning.

- All bills, including all cleaning products are included in the rent.

- Fibre optic broadband – 1GB community fibere - (WIFI & direct connection ports in all rooms)

- All housemates have their own large storage cupboards, space in the bathroom & share fridge/ freezer

- Fully equipped kitchen (including airfryer)

- Washing machine and dryer

- You can get a parking permit with the council, otherwise it’s non permit holders on the road next door (outside of 9-5 Monday to Friday hours)

The Room:

- Double Room - £1150 for single occupancy

- NB: should hybrid working / WFH be required full time (a day or two a week is fine); an additional supplement (depending on requirements) would be applicable.

- The room is lovely, spacious and bright. It has a large built in wardrobe, double bed, desk (including bedside table) and a shoe rack.

- All rooms have their own large Smart TV's.

- 1 month deposit required.

- This room is located on the 3rd floor of the building and will share the main bathroom (located on the 1st floor) with 2 other housemates.

- House has a total of 3 bedrooms, max 2 tenants and the landlord at any one time.

About me:

- I am a young professional who has created a homey, peaceful and considerate house share. Ideally a little social (have the odd meal, BBQ, party, games night etc) however respect the necessity of personal space / downtime. All pretty chill and the ideal housemate would be the same. LGBTQ+ friendly.
