Spacious double LGBTQ+ Room in Stockwell/Oval

We are two male professionals, 36 and 43 years old, looking to welcome a respectable, considerate, friendly new flatmate to our lovely 3-level split-floor flat in Oval.

It is a relaxing, calm place to live in, 5 mins walking distance from Oval Tube station and 8 mins walking distance from Stockwell tube station.

We are both LGBTQ+ professionals, and want to live with another LGBTQ+ professional around our age (no younger than mid 30s) who works social hours (no night shifts). We are both friendly and like to socialise with each other, but are also respectful and mindful about each other's privacy and personal time and space. We try to respect the communal spaces and keep them tidy, but we are also very chilled and laid back.

Bills are an additional £180 include council tax, utilities, cleaner, household cleaning products and internet.

The flat can comes with a sofa, bed, mattress, bedside tables and chest of drawers
