Room on a peaceful, pretty street in Stockwell

The flat is technically a one-bedroom, but the second room (the one available) is exactly the same size as the other bedroom. There isn’t a separate living room; instead, your room includes a sofa, coffee table, and armchair, making it a cosy and comfortable space for both living and sleeping. It’s more suited to relaxed day-to-day living rather than hosting gatherings.

This would suit a female looking for a lovely London base who spends most of her time out and about and works outside of the house. I work as an actor and singer, so I’m often out rehearsing in a studio in North London. I also regularly visit family in Brighton and have a few weekend trips planned, so the flat is often quiet.

The contract is a rolling monthly agreement, giving flexibility around length of stay. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can stay for a minimum of two months, with the option to stay longer if it suits us both.

I’ve lived here for the past year with my best friend, who is now moving in with her boyfriend. Rent is split 50/50, and I’m hoping to find someone who is kind, tidy, respectful, and happy to help keep the flat clean and comfortable.
