Cute petite double room in 3 bed flat on residential road in Stockwell, zone 2. Under bed and huge wardrobe for storage. Philips hue lighting throughout flat.

You'd be sharing with 2 extroverted, queer, neurodivergent professionals (chef & marketing exec) and our two tiny dogs. We are lively ADHD people, have been mates for 13 years. We live in a chill, homely manner- not a party house, but mates n partners welcome to hang out. We live relatively separately but like to eat dinner together sometimes, binge-watch some telly trash and occasionally go to events together.

Would suit professional aged 28-48 looking to move into a ready made home (no space to accommodate additional furniture unfortunately), who is sociable, laid back, and has progressive views (not suitable for tories babes, soz).

Newly refurbished ground floor flat, communal gardens. Comes with a weekly cleaner, but we keep the place real tidy between visits so please only apply if you clean up after yourself swiftly & unprompted.

Super close 10min walk to Clapham North, Stockwell, Nine Elms, Wandsworth road and Clapham high street tube stations (Victoria, Northern, and Windrush lines). Clapham Common and Battersea power station 15min walk away. Brixton village 20min walk. Closest national rail vauxhall or clapham junction. Loads of local shops, supermarkets, parks, restaurants, cafes, gyms and other amenities. Larkhall park with tennis court, outdoor gym, static ping-pong table and running track right next door.
