I am currently looking for someone to take over a spacious double bedroom, as my current flatmate is moving away.

The room is available from 31st May. The tenancy is currently being renewed and will last until 30th April 2027.

About the flat:
It’s a 2-bedroom flat with 1 bathroom, a cosy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a lovely garden, perfect for barbecues, or enjoying your morning coffee!

The house is on a quiet street, and just a 10-minute walk from Stockell station and Oval station.

The room:
A spacious double bedroom with plenty of natural light. It comes unfurnished but there is plenty of room for a double bed, a desk, a set of drawers, wardrobes etc.

Transport & local area:
The house is just a 10-minute walk from both Stockwell and Oval station with shops only 3 minutes away. Kennington Park is also only 10min walk and perfect for a lunch time break.

Your future housemate:
I’m a professional in my early thirties who enjoys socialising, cooking, and exercising. I am looking for someone friendly, tidy, and considerate. I’ve made this house a home and would love to share it with someone kind.

Bills:
Not included in the rent, and come to around £250/month (covering WiFi, council tax, water, gas, and electricity).
