Lovely double room available in a two-bed flat in Stockwell, as my current flatmate is moving out to become a homeowner (very exciting for her!).

The flat is just by the station, so it’s super well connected and really easy for getting around London.

You’d have primary use of the bathroom (it’s not connected but effectively yours as it’s separate from the other bedroom which has its own ensuite).

The room:

* Bright, good-sized double
* Available from 25th May
* Fully Furnished

Bills:

* Not included, but usually come to around £125 each per month (council tax, utilities, WiFi etc)

Rent is £1375 monthly, and the deposit is £1671 (apologies it wouldn’t let me put this)

About me:
I’m Evie, 23, working in finance. I’ve been living here about 8 months and really love the flat. I’m pretty social and enjoy going out for drinks, dinners, etc., but also appreciate my own space and downtime during the week.

Looking for:
Someone friendly/clean/respectful who wants a nice, easy home environment. Ideally someone who’s up for the occasional chat, glass of wine !
