Location & Transport

The flat is superbly located just a 90 second walk from Stockwell Tube Station (you can time it). You’ll have access to the Northern line and Victoria line which both run night tubes. It’s easy to catch a tube during rush hour because people get off at Stockwell to switch lines meaning you avoid the Clapham northern line crush.

The area is great for amenities, with Larkhall Park nearby and a large Lidl and Sainsbury's Local close by for your shopping needs.

The flat is only one tube stop from Brixton and Clapham so it’s easy to reach lots of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Your Flatmate

You'll be sharing with the co-owner of the flat, who is very nice, laidback, and easy to get along with. He's often away, so you'll have plenty of space to yourself.

Council tax and bills: Approximately £175 per month (each)
Household preference: No pork or shellfish in the flat please. Other meat is fine.

Available from the first week of June (or very end of May). I'm going travelling for year so renting out my room while I'm away.
