The communal areas include a large ktichen/diner with range cooker, dishwasher etc, leading onto a small garden, a large living room leading onto a roof terrace and 3.5 shared bathrooms. It's an early Victorian house with lots of period details and character.

Please note, I am a live in landlord and smoking is allowed in some communal areas, I have two cats (so please don't enquire if you are allergic to or don't like cats).

Looking for someone who is in London for work or study or relocation and is going to be out and about working, studying and enjoying the city and is sociable with others in the house but is not going to be home 100% of the time. I work from home, so this is important.
