We are two girls, Maria and Viki, who are looking for one more female flatmate to join us from 24th July 2026.
Maria is a current PhD candidate and teaching assistant at King's College London.
Viki is currently finishing the last stages of her law studies at the University of Law.
We are two quiet, respectful girls who value a calm and clean home environment. We are not party people and value a peaceful atmosphere day-to-day, although, we occasionally like to have some friends over for dinner. We take turns keeping the shared space tidy on a weekly rotation.
Here is a short description of the property:
It is 5-6 minutes walking distance from/to tube stations Stockwell and 10-15 minutes to Nine Elms, which are on Victoria Line & Northern Line, and with bus lines right outside the gate.
Grocery-wise there are lots of choices nearby: Sainsbury's local, Tesco Express, Lidl and a big Sainsbury's next to Nine Elms underground station.
There is a GP surgery and a police station nearby - for reassurance.
This 3 double bedroom duplex flat has built-in wardrobes in each room and is in excellent condition, in a well-maintained building with a very friendly concierge.
Fully furnished and equipped and ideal for 1 more young professional.
It includes a smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine & separate tumble dryer, fridge and freezer.
The room for rent comes with a balcony and is right next to its en suite bathroom. This room would be available from 24th July 2026, preferably for a long-term stay (6+ months).

It is important that you have a 'Right to Rent' in the UK at least until end of your stay.
Rent and bills are divided equally between the 3 of us.
There will be some changes in the rent due to inflation but right now we are paying £992/person/month for rent, and electricity/water/wifi are subject to usage and service. We estimate that with increased rent it will not go over around £1150/person/month without council tax.
