2 month sublet: double room [25 JUN - 25 AUG]

Looking to sublet my double room (3-bed flat) from 1 July - 25th August (no flexibility on end date, I'm afraid!).

The landlord is selling the property, and I have found a new place (prematurely!), so I am looking to sublet for the remaining 2 months.

Two minute walk to Stockwell tube station, plenty of buses; near the Lidl and a great Costcutters which is open 24/7.

I will cover electric, gas, water, and Wi-Fi.

FLATMATES

You will be sharing with two others – my best mates! – who are super easy to get on with: –

Paal (26, he/they, from Birmingham) works full-time at a bar, so they are often out. Violet (she/they 26, from California) just finished their art degree and won't be in much, either – so it's a very quiet flat

Has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, big window (faces main road but isn't that noisy at all really)

Super lovely living room! It's a very homely space, but zero expectations for you to live in it as we have done; respect and communication is the only necessity !
