Double room available in spacious and social flat

My flatmates Francesca (F35, Italian), Danae (F34, Spanish) and Rowan (M35, South African) -- Danae’s partner and honorary flatmate -- are looking for someone to replace me in our great flat. After 5 years here, I am moving out because I bought my own place.
Francesca is a vet, Danae is an academic and Rowan’s a data engineer. They like gigs and dancing, yoga, bakeries, plants, and art exhibitions.
The flat is big, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed, and LOTS of storage. Francesca has an ensuite room and then there’s a shared bathroom.
Rent is £1000pm and bills are around £150.
Amenities at walking distance
- 4 min: Stockwell tube station (Victoria and Northern lines) + plenty of bus stops
- <5 min: Lidl, Tesco Metro, Sainsbury Local, gym, Little Portugal (restaurants and cafes)
- 10-15 min: Larkhall and Kennington parks
- 15-20 min: Big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Brixton and Clapham
- 25-30 min: the river, Battersea park and power station
We are looking for someone
- in their 30s (but could make an exception for someone great)
- who does not work from home, ideally (as it may get too crowded)
- who is clean (!) and considerate
- who is kind and sociable, and wants a home rather than just a place to crash
- who won’t mind a tiny doggie who may visit occasionally
