We’re looking for someone great to join our lovely five‑bed Victorian townhouse in Stockwell. The available room is a spacious ground‑floor double bedroom with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of storage (including bookshelves). The room comes furnished with a double bed (including mattress) and a desk.

• Large Garden (with furniture and we also have a hammock up in the summer ☀️)

💷 Rent & Bills

• £1,020 per month
• Bills: approx. £150 (summer) / £225 (winter)
• Note there is a rent increase of £50 from February 2027

👋 Who You’ll Be Living With

You’ll be sharing with four housemates - two guys and two girls. We’re a friendly, sociable bunch who enjoy spending time together, watching films, sharing a meal and chatting in the communal spaces but also respect each other’s space.
