Bright double room in a calm two-bed flat share, less than 5 mins walk to Stockwell station. (Victoria and Northern line)

The flat overlooks mature trees and is home to resident parakeets. It's on the 6th floor, which makes it surprisingly calm despite its fantastic location.

There is a spacious shared living room that leads onto a good-sized balcony that can be used all year round. It's really an extension of the living space, and the door has rarely been closed this summer. Perfect for a morning coffee, reading a book or a glass of something after a long day. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are simple and clean.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys a calm, considerate way of living – a space to wind down and relax. I am always up for a chat, but equally the flat is large enough to really have your own space and autonomy. (its no smoking inside but fine on the balcony)

You would be sharing with me and two sweet, bonded rescue cats. This is their safe space, so it's important that you would genuinely like to live with them.

I'm in my 40s, work in fashion, and the flat is really a retreat from a busy working life. I have been renting here for 5 years. I enjoy a quiet craft project, cycling and bad TV.
