Bright Double Room Stockwell with Ensuite

Hi everyone,

Sadly I am moving out due to relocating! This means I have my beautiful double room with ensuite available from 1 September!

I am very sad to be moving out, I love the place, my flat mates, and the location! Everyone is easy going and it’s a very social and respectful flat ☀️ 3 BED- 3 BATH‼️‼️

Location 📍: 328 Clapham Road SW9 9AE.

Nearby: Battersea Park, Clapham Common, Battersea Powerstation, Sainsbury, Lidl, Cafe's (Great Aussie cafes for coffee too btw), Hardware store, dry cleaners, Butcher, and everything else on Clapham Road!

The travel is extremely easy. I work in Moorgate and it takes me 23 minutes door to door! Stockwell station has both loads of buses as well as the Victoria and Northern line.

Flatmates 👥: looking for someone easy going, respectful, clean, sociable, and a dog-lover (mandatory). Ares (the little pup) is extremely clean, doesn't shed, very well behaved, toilet trained and most of all, a great companion to cuddle!

Your flatmates: 26 years, from Spain 🇪🇸 and Ecuador 🇪🇨 work in sales in London Victoria so I have a lovely commute haha, I love cooking, going out for drinks and I am very social and I have a lovely dachshund living with us. 🐶🐾 which means you must love dogs as he will follow you everywhere!!
Lucy, also a young professional from the UK is extremely social, loves reading, going travelling, and all things London :)

About the flat 🏡: You will have your Own separate bathroom as this property has 3 bed 3 bathrooms. The only sharing space is the living room where Ares (the pup 🐶) spends most the time. We have a balcony that is amazing in Summer, a modern kitchen, and washing machine/storage area.

Rent 🤑💵💸: 916.67£ without bills, bills are roughly 140£ per month

A note from my flatmate: Ares my dog will be travelling to Spain on the 6th of August as he’s a very busy dog 😂😜 which means you won’t see him until next year unfortunately, but once he’s back he will need lots of cuddles.
