Double room in Stockwell

We have a bright double room available in our lovely flat from the 10th of Sept. Rent is £780 per month, plus bills (approximately £80–£90 per person).

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage, and gets great natural light, is a really comfortable room.

The flat is also fully furnished and includes all the essentials: central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas hob, shared bathroom, and shared lounge. There’s also a great sized patio, perfect for summer BBQs and chilling outside.

You’ll be living with three Kiwi guys, late 20s and early 30s, who are all super friendly, easygoing, and respectful. Everyone works full-time. We’re looking for someone similar ages, 25yrs or older 🙂

We’re a social house - occasional movie nights, drinks and BBQs with mates - but we also really value downtime. It’s a really nice, chill, tidy, and welcoming home.

The flat is on a quiet street just off Clapham Road, with great neighbours and an ideal location. It’s a short walk to both Stockwell and Clapham North stations (Victoria and Northern lines), making it really easy to get around London.
