Double room in social LGBT+ flat

🏳️‍🌈 Double room in a friendly, LGBT+ flat share, 5 mins from Stockwell station – available 13th September (possibility for flexibility)

Our lovely third flatmate is moving on, which means there's a room going in our flat just down the road from Stockwell station, and we're on the hunt for someone easygoing, social and LGBT+ to join us.

The basics:

💰 ~£1000pcm, all bills included
📅 Move in from 13th September
🚇 5 minutes to Stockwell (Northern & Victoria lines), so you're 15-20 mins from most of London
🌳 Larkhall Park on the doorstep, Nine Elms and Vauxhall an easy walk away
🛗 5th floor with lift access, flat is all on one level
🚿 Separate toilet and shower room (no bath, sorry bath people!)
🌅 Balcony for your morning coffee or evening wind-down
🛏️ Good-sized double room with a large dresser, great under-bed storage, and room for a desk

Who you'd be living with:

Kris: 31, Canadian, Gay, he/him, mostly in the office during the week.

Nick: 33, British, Gay, he/him, mostly WFH but pops into the office now and then.

We're both easy to live with and looking for someone in their late 20s to mid-30s to complete the flat. We've loved living in the flat for the past couple of years and want to stay here as a result!

A word on the room and WFH:

It's a proper double with loads of storage, but it's not a huge room - although it's great if you're mostly office-based or hybrid!

What kind of flat we are:

Relaxed and social - we like a good chinwag in the kitchen/living room, the odd birthday or pres before a night out, and generally being around for each other, but we're not a party flat and definitely not an afters spot!

We are direct to landlord (also a gay man) whom we have easy contact and an amicable relationship with so no hassle of dealing with a terrible/slow management company ie a la Dexters or Foxtons - if something needs fixing our landlord is on it quickly!
