(Updated) Room available in 3 bed flat

Hi all!

You may see this ad elsewhere from my other flatmate, I am reposting as she is currently away on holiday.

Me (27F) and my flatmate (25F) have a room available in our 3 bed flat in Stockwell for £870, bills including council tax (band D) included in total price.

The room comes part-furnished with a bed and wardrobe. We are a 10 minute walk from Stockwell station and 20 minute walk to Brixton. The flat is in a quiet area with a lidl and a Tesco's close by, as well as being close to multiple parks, a post office and a gym.

Our flat is small and doesn't have a living room so we only have the kitchen and garden as a communal space so it's super important to us that we get on with whoever moves in!

We are two women who work full-time, one of us works from home. We are looking for a 3rd flatmate who is also a working professional between the ages of 25-30. We are both chatty and friendly and are looking for someone who likes to hang out but also doesn't mind doing their own thing.

Important qualities to us are someone who is tidy, laid-back, friendly and reliable. The pictures are from last year, but everything is still the same!

No students or smokers.
