Large sharing living/dining room (with small balcony), with reasonable sized kitchen. Two bathrooms (One shower plus toilet, the other just a toilet).

I'm only leaving due to moving in with my girlfriend, but I have loved living here. The location couldn't be better and the rent hasn't increased in 3 years as we have a very relaxed landlord. The two flatmates you would be moving in with are very relaxed, and are equally happy doing things together (such as watching TV, board games or going to the pub) as they are doing their own thing.

Parking is available via resident permit, £7.50 a month.

The Hyperoptic Wifi box is in this bedroom, so very fast wired connections are possible.

Bills not included but very cheap as we're Council Tax band A. We pay £100 each per month on bills currently.
