I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out. We have a lovely flat in Stockwell, just a 3-minute walk from Stockwell Station, with easy access to both the Victoria and Northern lines. Central London is only a few minutes away by tube, making it a really convenient location.

💷 Rent: £2,000 per month total → £1,000 each

Approximate monthly bills:
• Electricity: ~£40 total
• Gas: ~£15–20 in summer / ~£40–50 in winter
• Water: ~£50 total
• Internet: £40 total
• Council Tax: ~£125–150 total

Overall, bills usually work out at around £120–£170 per person per month, depending on the season and usage.

I’m Turkish-British myself, so it would be lovely to find someone with similar interests and a compatible lifestyle, although I’m open to anyone who feels like they’d be a good fit 😊

The flat is very independent and relaxed – there’s no bossing each other around or telling each other what to do. I really value having our own freedom and respecting each other’s space while still being friendly and comfortable sharing a home.
