The flat is a gorgeous new build, perfectly located between Stockwell and Brixton. Around a 12 minute walk to Stockwell Station and 15 minutes to Brixton Station, with loads nearby and easy transport links. Secure entry and a really lovely, safe feeling area.
It’s a spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat with a balcony. The room is £1,275 pcm and has its own private bathroom (only you would use it). Bills are usually £150 to £200 pcm depending on usage.
I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s part of the tenancy. The landlords are also great!
