Double Room in a great flat near Clapham/Stockwell

My current housemate is moving out after several years living here and I'm looking for a friendly housemate to take her place.

The flat is located halfway between Stockwell Station and Clapham North on Landor Road, ideally positioned for commutes and access to Clapham Common. We are situated in Council Tax Band D with bills totalling £140 each (including council tax). The room available has a double bed and large south-eastern facing window providing plenty of light and air, with room for a desk if you wanted to fit one in. The room is available from 28th November, but there's a bit of flexibility in that, if required.

The flat itself is great. As the upper flat in a Victorian house, it's situated across two floors, with a large bathroom, kitchen and separate living room on our ground floor and the two bedrooms are on the first floor. On the staircase landing we have a fantastic roof terrace, which has been brilliant in the summer.

That flat has a real homely feel and I'm looking for someone who is easy company, likes to keep a clean house and appreciates the nature of a shared flat.

As a little introduction to me, I'm 25, from the UK, working in Architecture. I enjoy a good pub trip or evening in and I'm easy company.
