Hello! I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease of a spacious double bedroom, located in Stockwell / Brixton area. Available as soon as possible! Females only, please.

This is a very well lit 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat with a spacious kitchen and living area, as well as a private balcony. The bathroom is GIANT with a tub and cabinet, and the kitchen also comes well equipped with all the pots and pans and utensils you need, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. No more hand washing dishes! Everything comes furnished, so there is moving-in ease.

The girl who you would be living with has some lovely plants to help green up the space as well. She is very considerate and respectful, and is a lovely human to live with! The man who oversees the flat is incredibly responsive and lovely. Accessibility wise, the flat is on the fourth floor, no lift.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk, and built in clothing rack. The bookcase is my own personal one, so it does not come with the room. The balcony is accessible through the flatmate's room (just ask!), or you can climb out your big window and feel like Juliet!

The area is very lovely! The neighborhood is quiet, with a cafe right on the corner (a dangerous feature for coffee lovers like myself!). It is about a 15 minute walk to Stockwell or Brixton Underground (right in the middle of the two!). The Victoria line comes every couple of minutes, or you have the Northern line as well. The Windrush Line is a short bike or bus away through Clapham High Street or Denmark Hill. You'll find Co-Op around the corner, Lidl, TK Maxx, Tesco Superstore, and lots of shopping areas.

Rent is £280/week, or approximately £1,213 a month. All bills included (electric, gas, water, council tax, and WIFI)! Deposit is £1,213 as well. Let me know if you are interested, and we can talk! :)
