Room with own bathroom opposite Stockwell station!

Light and bright double room in 2 bed flat opposite Stockwell station! You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom (I have an ensuite) which is large and includes a bath.
The flat is on the fourth (top) floor so we have great views - including across to Battersea Power Station and the sunset from the large open plan living/kitchen/diner.
Location couldn't be more convenient with both the Victoria and Northern lines literally 30 seconds away - this bedroom is also at the back of the flat, we have double glazing and since we're up a few floors noise isn't an issue.
I'm flexible on age range (I'm 25, for reference) and the letting agency is flexible on income/guarantor requirements (I have an overseas guarantor which they were happy to accept). For accessibility, please note there isn't a lift.
Hoping to find someone who's happy to have a friendly, relaxed home. I'm vegan so would be great to find someone else vegan/veggie but this isn't a deal breaker. Message me if you have any other questions :)
