Double room in friendly flat in Stockwell!

Hi! Our housemate is moving back home at the end of October so we’re looking for nice and tidy flatmate to take over her double room. The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and shelves, bed side table and a small desk. The flat has 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen/living area and 2 separate bathrooms (one includes a bathtub).

We are located a 5 min walk away from Stockwell station (Victoria and Northern Lines). There are also plenty of bus stops around. This is a lively area with multiple grocery shops, cafes and restaurants/bars.

The rent is £785pcm and bills (council tax, water, gas/electricity and wifi) are usually around £120 but vary seasonally (less in the summer and slightly more in the winter). The landlord is very responsive and always takes care of any issue in the flat.

We are two girls aged 24 and 26. I am an AV Event Technician and Nastia works in High-End Film and TV. We have lived together for already 2 years and we enjoy spending time together, going out, or watching movies, as well as having our time to ourselves. We are looking for a friendly and respectful person who would match our vibes :)
