Hey everyone! 🥰 We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat in Stockwell, with a November 1st move-in!

We have just signed a lease on a new flat (currently being refurbished), and we are looking for someone to help us make our house a home!

📍 Location: Literally right next to/above Stockwell Station — about a 1-minute walk to the tube, and around a 10–15 minute walk to the Overground. So, very handy for getting around London!
About a 15 minute walk from the common with plenty of green space around!

👯‍♀️ Who you’d be living with:

Claudia (Me) – 27, originally from South Africa 🇿🇦

Lilly Rose – 26, from Chicago 🇺🇸

We both love a good trip to the pub, baking and cooking, reading, hiking, Pilates classes, markets, theatre trips, a good gab, and of course a good night out every now and then (as pictured above) 👀

We’re both friendly, sociable and looking for someone (ideally 25+) who’ll be happy to make the flat feel like a home 🥰 (cute dog not included)

It’s the smallest of the three rooms, BUT it is definitely not a box room — we’ve both recently escaped box rooms ourselves and can confirm this one is noticeably bigger 😂

The flat is currently being refurbished, so unfortunately it’s a bit of a construction site at the moment and we don’t have photos of the finished room just yet! We’ll send photos as soon as we have them. However the flat will come furnished, and looks beautiful so far!

👀 We’re also very happy to arrange a viewing so you can come see the room, meet us and get a feel for the flat.
