The other two housemates are both lovely, friendly and respectful, and like to keep the place clean with a cleaning rota. Happy to hangout or do our own thing. Maya is 26 from Brazil, and works a 9-5 in central London. Sofia is also 26 and is from the US, studying her Painting Master's at the RCA. They have both been great housemates but I am moving out to live with my sister around the corner!
The room is super affordable, especially for the area. It's a spacious flat with lots of windows, storage space, and a large living room. Seperate toilet and shower/bathroom. The bedroom is also bright and has space for a large desk. There is space for a bike downstairs too.
Bills and council tax:
Water: £25 a month per person
Gas and electric: varies, approx £30 per person per month
Council tax: £31.69 per person per month (student discount possible)
Wifi: £8.70
