Double Bedroom in Dalston/Stokey Victorian flat

Hi all!

We have a lovely room available in a 3 bedroom flat in Dalston/Stokey available from approx 12th November but potentially earlier. Our lovely housemate is moving to the Netherlands which is why we are looking to fill the room!

£700pcm, Deposit is £550, and bills range depending on the summer/winter but approx £80+ per month.

The flat is on the ground floor and basement of a cute Victorian house, on a quiet street just off Kingsland Road. It's a large basement room with a window.

We have a little garden too which gets lots of light. The room comes unfurnished but the wardrobe is included and our current housemate may also leave the bed and some other furnishings if you’d like them. But you can bring your own furniture and make it your space.

You'll be sharing with me Sarah, 34, working in Creative and Thomas, 40 who works for the French Institute in arts PR and comms. We are easy going flatmates who like socialising together but also each have our own London/separate lives. We try as often as possible to cook and enjoy a meal together - we see the flat as our home! We are clean, respectful and have two fluffy indoor cats called Mila and Ziggy - so cat lovers would be very welcome!

Location wise, you're about 8 mins walk to Kinsgland Road overground, 10 mins walk to Newington Green, and 20 mins walk to Stoke Newington. Public transport in every direction! This is a great little spot to live in - the area is really well connected and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, parks, etc.
