We’re looking for a new person to join us in our fab flat on Farleigh Road, Dalston/Stoke Newington,
It’s a bright and homely 3 bed flat in a great area - perfectly located between Dalston and Stoke Newington Church Street.

The room available is a double. Although it’s not massive, it comes with lots of built in storage and a double bed. There is more storage around flat for books etc.

The flat is set over the top 2 floors of a Victorian town house. It has a big living room with open fireplace for log fire evenings, a large separate sit-in kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, etc. plus a fantastic roof terrace that is a complete sun trap!
Our landlord is lovely and lives in the flat below.

You’d be sharing with two other flat mates. Julia 52, works in documentary post production and has been in the flat for over 7 years. Gloria is 40, works in sustainability and has lived here for 4 years.

We’re both easy-going, sociable and friendly, with busy lives of our own. We’re often out and about, so we’re not looking to live in each other’s pockets, but we do enjoy having a chat, sharing a glass of wine and occasionally doing something together.
We’re looking for a sociable, considerate flatmate, ideally 30+, who has their own life and routine and preferably doesn’t work from home full-time. Someone who values a friendly, relaxed home, while also respecting each other’s space and independence, would be perfect.

The flat is 10 mins walking distance from Dalston Kingsland overground and 5 mins from Rectory Road station that goes straight to Liverpool street.

Rent is £940 per month and includes all bills: incl council tax, broadband, TV licence and a weekly cleaner for the common areas plus a kitty for shared household items (toilet paper, detergent, olive oil etc.). The security deposit is £834 to be paid to Richard, who is moving out.
