I’m subletting my room from 15 July until 6 September 2026 while I’m away from London.

The flat is bright, clean, stylish, and beautifully maintained throughout. It features a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, a modern bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like a home rather than a typical rental.

The bedroom is cosy and bright. There is also a small additional bed in the room, but there is still plenty of space.

You’ll be sharing the flat with one other tenant – a friendly Korean girl who is quiet, respectful, and very easy to live with.

The location couldn’t be better:
• Right on Stoke Newington Church Street
• Above Whole Foods Market
• Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and independent shops
• Excellent transport links with buses directly outside the building
• Easy access to Angel, Highbury & Islington, King’s Cross, Shoreditch, and Central London

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, and will take good care of the space while I’m away.
