Large sunny double room in Stoke Newington

The room is in a large 5 bed family house, occupied by a family of three. Two older kids of 13&17 and a single mum. We are looking for a female tenant from the end of May.

We have a very large, bright south facing room to rent in the heart of Stoke Newington.

Double bed, sofa, chest of drawers, desk, bookshelves and hanging rail with plenty of storage. A few minutes walk from Manor House tube, a short bus to Stoke Newington overground or Finsbury Park gives the property great travel links to the city.

A few mins walk from Stokey’s beautiful Clissold Park and the boutique shops and cafes of Church Street. The house is situated right next to the famous Castle Climbing Centre and open water swimming reservoir.

Must like dogs, we have a cavachon called Juno. My kids are teenagers so it’s a relaxed household, probably wouldn’t suit someone who goes to bed early and requires a very silent household. It’s not a party house at all but with teenagers we are not particularly early to bed.

Bills, council tax, internet are all included in the room rate.
