Light filled double ensuite in Stoke Newington

My lovely flatmate is moving in with her sister who is returning to London, so I am looking for someone to replace her in our gorgeous 2 bed flat in Stoke Newington.

We have lived here for a year and absolutely love it. The flat is on the corner of Church Street and the High Street, so everything is right on our doorstep. The flat faces away from the main roads, onto a quiet car park so it feels very peaceful inside despite how central it is. The best of both worlds some might say… It’s also South-West facing so gets incredible sun through the huge windows all afternoon and evening.

I work in marketing for a media agency and am typically in the office Tuesday-Thursday and wfh on Mondays and Fridays. I tend to enjoy a mixture of doing our own thing during the week and coming together for a flat meal/film or getting a drink etc. I’m into the usual things; art, music, film, football, going out, cycling, the pub, tennis etc. I’m ideally looking for a woman between 25-35 years old, who works a mix of in the office and from home, and also wants a nice balance of hanging out.

The Room:
The room is a double with a full ensuite, including a shower (with overhead/rainfall head). The room has a large sash window which faces onto a carpark and a nursery and gets amazing sunlight all day. The room is unfurnished but comes with a large 3-door built-in wardrobe, so the main thing needed is a bed.

The Area:
The flat is in the heart of Stoke Newington, a 10 minute walk to Clissold Park and Dalston, 5 minutes from Stoke Newington Overground and big Morrisons, and there are countless buses that go to Seven Sisters (10 mins)/Finsbury Park (10 mins)/Angel (15 mins) Stations.

The tenancy ends on the 6th June, so will sign a new year starting then. Moving date can be any time between now and then. Rent is £985 and bills are roughly £150.
