Bedroom in Stoke Newington, Garden

Hi, we need a new flatmate to replace our outgoing flatmate. Our tenancy runs til Sep 6th so consider the let until then, with a view to staying on potentially if we renew lease.

Move in still a little unclear but likely some date next month, possibly sooner rather than later. The room comes furnished with a bed, some drawers, a cupboard and desk at least.

For clarity, I’m the lead tenant and our lease runs for a year until Sep 7th at which point we can renew. Rent £800 pcm currently.

Located between Stoke Newington (12m walk) and Stamford Hill (7m walk) overground stations, Seven Sisters is a 10m bus ride north and you can bus down to Dalston or London Bridge straightforwardly from the end of the road.

I’m (Asad) 31 year old from Manchester, I’ve lived in London nearly a decade now after coming down for an ill-advised maths degree. Been working in journalism but currently inbetween gigs.

Diego is a 30 year old Mexican artist that has been living in London for four years after coming to complete a degree in music. Currently he works on his band project, playing gigs in London, Paris and wherever the music takes him, and other part time jobs.

Nav is also 31 and a friend of mine from
Manchester who moved in last September, he’s a professional who likes gaming and playing football but is currently nursing an injury.

We’re sociable, respectful, conscientious and would like to share with people who is similarly conscientious and pleasant to share a house with. People who are respectful, tidy, independent and nice.

Message and tell us about yourself - no couples or pets (even tho we have nothing against pets (or couples)) I’m afraid. Don’t mind smokers, just mind smoking cigs in the house.

If you come for just the summer and don’t want to stick around to renew the lease, let us know but it wouldn’t be an issue, however if you’re interested in renewing after the lease ends then that’ll be good to know.
