Bedroom in Stoke Newington, Garden, from August

Hi, we have a spare room in our flat to let!

Move in from the start of August.

You’d be living with three men who are each 30/31; we like to chill in the living room and eat together and all that normal stuff occasionally but are also independent and respectful of each other’s lives, we would be happy to live with someone who’s on our wavelength, but we’re also happy with people who are simply
respectful & pleasant!

Nav & I are friends from Manchester who normally work in the consulting & media sectors respectively; Diego’s from Mexico and has been living in London making music and touring with his band the last few years!

The room comes furnished with a bed, some drawers and a cupboard at least.

Located between Stoke Newington (12m walk) and Stamford Hill (7m walk) overground stations, Seven Sisters is a 10m bus ride north and you can bus down to Dalston or London Bridge straightforwardly from the end of the road.

Message and tell us about yourself - open to couples at a higher rate, no pets (even tho we have nothing against pets) I’m afraid. Don’t mind smokers, just mind smoking cigs in the house.
