I got a spare room for 19 days, from the 4th to the 23rd of June, and are looking for someone who's looking to rent it for more or less a few weeks in London.

Room with double bed in gorgeous victorian listed building available from the 14th of October 2025 for 7 months, until the 15th of May. The room has a view on a garden and on the sunset and is fully furnished, as is the rest of the house; the windows have secondary glazing so there is great noise insulation and heat insulation. This lovely house includes 3 sofas (one of them reclinable! and one of them a sofabed) a spacious, well-decorated living room with a big bow window with exposure south and east - getting plenty of sunlight all year round - and a stylish kitchen. The toilet, which you will share with one other flatmate, is large and has a bathtub.

The flat is only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Springfield Park, next to Hackney Marshes and the Lea river canal - a huge natural reserve where you can walk for hours in the green. It is in a quiet, relaxed and safe, beautiful residential neighbourhood but close to many of the coolest areas and venues in Hackney. The closest station is Stoke Newington Overground - 11 mins away and you can get to both Seven Sisters underground or Manor House underground in 20 minutes by bus. It is only 7 minutes from a main road with constant buses going south and north. It is a very peaceful place to stay, but also close to the great life that Hackney offers. The neighbours are quiet and lovely.

The rent is 300 per week, bills included.
