Lovely double room available in a beautiful, friendly family home from 1 November.

We’re looking for a lovely female tenant to join our relaxed and welcoming household. You’ll be sharing with me and my two teenage daughters, aged 15 and 18. We’re all friendly, kind and very easy-going, and our previous tenants have loved living with us.

The double room is on the first floor, next to a large bathroom with both a bath and shower. There is also a sunny decked terrace on the same floor. Our bedrooms are on the floors above, so the room feels private and peaceful.

The house has a huge kitchen/diner overlooking a beautiful woodland-style garden, as well as a separate lounge and sitting room. We also have a very friendly cockapoo and a cat, so it would suit someone who loves animals. Our cockapoo is hypoallergenic.
The house is in a fantastic location, just three minutes from Clissold Park and Newington Green. We’re surrounded by brilliant independent shops, cafés, restaurants and bars.

Excellent transport links include the 341, 141, 73 and 476 buses, and Canonbury Overground is approximately a six-minute walk away.
