Really sunny, lovely neighbours, ridiculously close to clissold park (can hear the fountain from the living room window!)
Never been more able to go for runs this easily!

The 106 goes from outside the front door to Finsbury’s park station or to Whitechapel through London fields.
Stokey overground 15 min walk.
Church street 5 min walk.

It’s not a large flat! But it’s really nice.

Large shared garden with trampoline, great for kids, dogs and bikes :)

Can come with the sofa and kitchen counter and stools, negotiable! Counter is really nice to store pots in and sit around making dinner and having wine!
One room is a bit bigger and has a large wardrobe, the other smaller, fits double and a wardrobe.

Lovely living here but life is taking us different directions!
