- Transport: Excellent links with the 73 and 476 buses (direct to King’s Cross/Oxford Circus) right outside. Both Stoke Newington and Canonbury overground stations are within easy walking distance. The area is also fantastic for cyclists.

The Ideal Lodger:
I am looking for a part-time lodger, ideally requiring the room for 4–5 days per week. This would suit a professional who commutes into London mid-week and heads elsewhere for the weekends.

Preferences: Non-smoker and no working from home (WFH), please.
