We have a lovely ensuite loft room decorated to a good standard. It contains a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle in the room. You can use the kitchen to cook your meals. There is also access to the washing machine.
A elderly lady lives in the house with her son, his wife and 2 children. Everyone works and are busy during the week. The house is usually quiet most of the time. We prefer to have a female tenant but will consider a young male. Also someone who doesn't eat alcohol and is either a vegetarian or eats halal meat. Thanks
