Double bedroom in Stoke Newington/Hackney

We are looking for someone to replace our flatmate who is moving out. We have lived together for 2 years and love the flat! The flat has lots of natural light and is on 2 floors. Downstairs: Kitchen, Living room, balcony
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, toilet room, bathroom (no toilet)

The room comes with a 3/4 size bed (other furniture pictured might be able to be bought from the previous flatmate) and the rest of the flat has been furnished already. The room available get good light and is cosy. It is smaller than the other two rooms but the rent for it is also cheaper. If you need a work space in the flat, you would be welcome to use the communal space! Bills are roughly 150 a month at the moment.

Would love to have another young professional join us who enjoys a fun and comfortable living environment :) There are loads of great parks, restaurants, clubs, bars, and cafes nearby which makes for a great place to live. The road is quiet and the neighbours are friendly.

5 minute walk from Hackney Downs park

I am vegetarian but my flatmate isn't so open to anything. LGBT friendly flat! Wholesome vibes!
