Room in Stamford Hill / Stoke Newington

Hey, we’re looking for someone nice to fill a double room in our 3-bed flat. We’ve
a big lounge, a nice kitchen, loads of natural light, and a lovely landlord.
Your room is a bit on the small side but it has a double bed, a built in wardrobe, and
it’s cheap, so hopefully it evens out. If you work from home it's got room for a desk,
or you can work from the lounge.
The flat’s in Stamford Hill which is a quiet, chilled neighbourhood - Stoke Newington
a fifteen minute walk away. We’re right next to Stamford Hill Overground, making
easy to get to East London/Liverpool Street, plus Manor House (Piccadilly) and
Seven Sisters (Victoria) are walking distance and there’s loads of buses.
We’re both handy in the kitchen and good with a sponge. We’re not clean freaks or
slobs, and we’re not party animals or shut-ins.
The room’s available from Mid September maybe a little sooner. 6 month contract, rent is
£570 month. Bills vary but they’re roughly £130 a month. No fees other than that.
