You’ll be sharing the flat with three lovely lads, all in their 20s Luke (Actor), Tom (architect) and Olly (film). We’re all fairly social, enjoy the pub but respect our own space as well.

The rent is £995 all bills included except energy which comes to around £20-£30 a month. We also have a cleaner who comes monthly which comes to £10 each. Room will come furnished with the bed, clothes rail and shelves. The Flat is in a great location, only 3 minutes from Stoke Newington Overground and 2 minutes from all central bus lines- 149, 76, 243, 73, 476, along with great stretch of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops (only a five minute walk to Church Street). Right next to Stoke Newington Common, Abney Park and a 10 minute walk to Clissold Park. There's also a big Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Iceland just down the road.

We also have a great garden, perfect for BBQs and get togethers in the summer.
