We are renting our newly refurbished Stoke Newington garden flat over the summer, on a monthly rolling basis. All bills included (including Wi-Fi).

The flat is 700sq+ ft, so is exceptionally spacious! It is part of a victorian terrace, in a quiet and peaceful setting.
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short term stay. Bedding is also available if required.

Location- approx 15 mins from Church Street, known for its great bars, independent shops and restaurants.
Easy access to Stamford Hill and Manor House Tube stations to take you in to the city.
There are also great bus routes to London Bridge, Shoreditch and King's Cross etc.

Beautiful Clissold Park is also close by :).
Looking for a lovely, easy going, tidy person or couple, who will treat the flat as their home.

We can be flexible on the start date for the right fit.

Parking is available- free at weekends £4/day permit on weekdays.
