The room available, is an unfurnished double, with exposed brick work, amazing views, decent overhead storage space & full of light. It is available from the 1st August 2026.
All bills included, inc fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.
We share the cost of household supplies via split wise equally to keep the cost down.
One months rent & deposit required upon moving in. Deposit will secure the room prior to move in should you wish to take it.

We all cook a fair bit so enjoy catching up & chatting in the kitchen when we can, the occasional outing has also been known to happen & has been threatened to increase. We are an lgbtq+ household.
There is unfortunately no wheel chair / limited mobility access to the flat as reliant on stairs &/or lift service.
We are open to who we meet but ideally would like someone that has lived independently before, is up for a laugh, considerate of others & the shared spaces & ultimately someone who is a good fit with the current dynamic.
