Please note it is a basement apartment so has some noise from the neighbours above. One of the rooms has a kitchen above. The neighbours upstairs all work 9-5 and are very sensible but can wake up early to get ready for work. The second room has a bedroom above so is relatively quiet. If you are a particularly light sleeper or affected by some noise, this is probably not for you. This has been considered in the price and the flat would be ideal for someone who wants to use the second room for something other than a sleeping room or for housemates who want a great place for a discounted price and can handle the circumstances.
