Two double rooms in quiet Stoke Newington flat

Hi,

I'm Mike. I'm a live out landlord who will be renting my 3-bed split level ex local authority apartment to my friend Sam from 8 June. Sam is looking for two housemates.

The apartment is light and spacious, with a new floor downstairs. It comes furnished with dining table and chairs, sofa, tv stand, storage trunk in living room, bed and desk in each bedroom, and chest of drawers and wooden wardrobe in the larger of the two bedrooms.

Sam will prefer a clean and relatively quiet professional. Social is great, but hopefully your big party days are behind you, or at least on pause while in the apartment.

Bills are included (council tax, water, internet) except gas and electric which are on a meter and which I'd expect you to pay for (probs around £60pcm).

The larger of the two available rooms will be £950pcm, the smaller will be £825.

Please note, I'm moving out of the apartment very soon and most of the possessions in the photos will be removed. Sam will bring his own stuff (including a television), but it'll be much more bare than in the photos. The bedroom will of course have a bed, and the furniture outlined above. The room in the photo with loads of stuff in it will have all the stuff taken out, except a bed, a clothing rack, and a desk.

Also please note, we're keen for Sam to meet all potential housemates over the same two or three evenings, just to make it simpler for him (he'll be heading into London for the meets). He's available 26-27 May and 1-3 June. You're totally welcome to head over and view the place before then but it'd be ideal if you could be around then to meet Sam :)
