Double room in quiet Stoke Newington flat

Hi,

I'm Mike. I'm a live out landlord who is looking for one tenant to take a room in in 3-bed split level ex local authority apartment from 1 November.

Currently, my friend Sam, and tenant Katherine are living in the other two bedrooms.

The apartment is light and spacious, with new flooring downstairs. It comes furnished with dining table and chairs, sofa, tv stand, storage trunk in living room, bed and desk in each bedroom.

The current tenants will prefer a clean and relatively quiet professional. Social is great, but hopefully your big party days are behind you, or at least on pause while in the apartment.

Bills are included (council tax, water, internet) except gas and electric which are on a meter and which I'd expect you to pay for (probs around £60pcm).

The room will be £850 pcm.

Please note, the photos are from when I lived in the apartment, and most of the possessions in the photos are no longer there. The bedroom will of course have a bed, and the furniture outlined above.
