I’m looking for someone to replace my current flatmate at my lovely terrace level Stoke Newington flat!

The flat is 2 bed, 1 bath, with a shared spacious living room and kitchen (dish and clothes washer included), and a lovely spacious garden.

It’s very conveniently located just off of Church Street and right across from Clissold Park, with a few grocery stores and various restaurants and cafes nearby. The nearest bus stop is right in front of the building.

The room is a spacious double room that comes furnished with a large dresser and built in closet.

Rent is 1225£ pm, not including bills/utilities which are roughly 150-200£, so in total the rent amounts to about 1400£ per month. The lease is one year with the option to break the lease at 6 months, and on a rolling basis after that. There is the option to renew at the end of the year.

I’m a 25 year old American/Brazilian who is working part time in hospitality and job hunting for graphic design roles the rest of the time. I’m a very creative person who loves to make art, watch movies, and go for walks around Abney Park Cemetery. I’m a bit of an introvert but I do enjoy socializing, and I try to keep the flat clean and welcoming—this is very much a home❤️

I’m looking for someone who is female, in their twenties, is very tidy (I like to keep the flat quite clean), considerate, easygoing, and doesn’t work from home full time. I’d also accept couples, however the rent would go up to 1425 for couples +bills. I am also open to people with pets! This is an LGBTQ friendly household as well!

Move in date is from July 8- end of July
